Skin Testing
We do not offer colour services to anyone under the age of 16.
A skin test is required for all colour services and must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. These are mandatory, and we are unable to proceed without a valid test.
Skin tests remain valid for up to 12 months, provided you have had a colour service with us within the previous 6 months. A new skin test will be required if:
* You have used a different colour product outside of our salon
* You have used box dye or henna
* There have been changes to your medical history or medication
If you have any concerns regarding medical conditions or medications, please contact the salon prior to your appointment for guidance.
Consultations
We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a stylist of your choice. This is recommended for all new colour clients.
During your consultation, we will assess your hair, discuss your desired result, and carry out any necessary tests (including skin or strand tests).
You are welcome to book with any stylist. All members of our team are highly trained and experienced across a range of services.
Booking Fees & Deposits
We reserve the right to request a booking fee or deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final bill.
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your appointment.
* Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit
* Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge being applied to your account
* Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice
This policy is automated through our booking system and cannot be overridden.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.
Where possible, we will always try to accommodate you. However, if your service is shortened due to lateness, the full service cost may still apply.
Service Adjustments
If you choose to change or remove part of your booked service on the day (for example, cancelling a blow-dry), the original service cost may still be charged, as time has been allocated specifically for your booking.
Pricing & Quotations
All prices are listed as “from” and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, product usage, and time required.
Quotes provided online, over the phone, or prior to consultation are estimates only and may be adjusted during your appointment.
Your stylist will always discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
Complaints & Adjustments
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment.
Where a technical issue has occurred, we will offer a corrective service at no additional charge. This must be carried out by the original stylist or a member of our team.
If you request a change in style or colour after your appointment (for example, wanting additional length removed or further colour), this will be treated as a new service and charged accordingly.
All decisions regarding corrective work are at management discretion.
